"What an excellent experience staying here. Completely mad, but superbly dedicated to the sausage theme. Room decor (each room is different) superb. Really enjoyed our sausage themed meal - including sausage ice cream, and chocolate sausage in vanilla sauce. Vast range of things for breakfast - largely along the sausage theme. My wife had freshly cooked scrambled egg with her breakfast. Our host Claus was excellent and speaks excellent English, and you can see he thoroughly enjoys his work. His wife is lovely but her English is not as good but still easy to understand. This was one of the highlights of our road-trip around Europe. Thoroughly recommended"
